Arrival provides independent relocation consulting and coordination services for individuals and families relocating to Dubai.

• Introductions to third-party service providers (e.g. real estate agents, schools, pet relocation companies)
• Ongoing advisory and project coordination support

Arrival does not provide legal, immigration, tax, or financial advice, and does not directly perform services such as visa processing, property brokerage, or pet transport.

2. Scope of Engagement

The exact scope of services is defined:

• In the package description on our website, or
• In a written proposal or confirmation email

Any services outside the agreed scope may require a separate agreement or additional fees.

Arrival operates as an independent consultant and coordinator, not as an employee, agent, or representative of any third-party providers.

3. No Guarantees

While we act in good faith and with reasonable care, you acknowledge that:

• Relocation outcomes depend on third parties, authorities, availability, and external factors
• Arrival cannot guarantee visa approvals, school placements, property availability, timelines, or outcomes

All advice and recommendations are provided based on information available at the time.

4. Third-Party Providers

Arrival may introduce you to third-party service providers. These providers:

• Are independent entities
• Operate under their own terms and conditions
• Are solely responsible for their services

Arrival is not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, or failures of third-party providers.

Any contracts you enter into with third parties are between you and them directly.

5. Fees & Payments

• Fees are clearly stated before services commence
• All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed
• Payments are non-refundable once services have begun

For strategy consultations, payment secures time, preparation, and expertise and is non-refundable, even if you choose not to proceed with relocation.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Strategy Calls

• You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice
• Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable

Ongoing Services

• Termination terms will be outlined in your individual agreement
• Fees already paid for work completed are non-refundable

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information
• Respond promptly to requests where required
• Make final decisions based on your own judgment

Arrival is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, structure, frameworks, and materials provided during consultations, is the intellectual property of Arrival.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without prior written consent.

9. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not share it with third parties except:

• Where required to provide services

• Arrival’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arrival from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your misuse of advice or services
• Your agreements with third-party providers
